1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, gain physical possession of the goods.
1.1 How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To start the return or refund process, please email [email protected] with the subject line: “Return Request”. This subject line ensures your request is identified promptly.
1.2 Information to Include in Your Email:
- Contact Details: Your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Order Details: Your order number, the date of purchase, and the date you received the item(s).
- Product Information: A brief description of the item(s) you wish to return, including quantity.
- Reason for Return:
- If you are invoking the right of withdrawal simply because you changed your mind within 30 days, please state that.
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please provide a concise description of the issue.
- Condition of the Product: Indicate whether the product is unused, still in its original packaging, and whether all accessories and documentation are included.
- Supporting Evidence (If Applicable): For defective or damaged goods, attaching a clear photograph or short video can expedite the resolution.
Once we receive your request, we will acknowledge it via email and may provide additional instructions, such as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if required.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
2.1 Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (unless you chose a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay. In most cases, refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we confirm your withdrawal. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless we’ve mutually agreed otherwise. You will not incur additional fees for this reimbursement.
2.2 Return Procedure & Address
After notifying us of your intention to return the product, you must dispatch the goods back to us or a party authorized by us to receive them within 14 days. We consider this deadline met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires.

We recommend that you include a printed copy of your order confirmation, packing slip, or RMA number inside the return package to ensure prompt processing.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise specified (such as during special promotions or warranties for defective goods), you are responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the product. We strongly advise using a trackable and insured shipping method to help prevent losses or disputes in transit.
2.4 Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it is a result of handling them beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. For example, you may inspect a hydrogen-rich water bottle similarly to how you would in a physical store, but it should not be used extensively or altered in a way that impacts its resale value.
- For Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Our hydrogen-rich water bottles are intended for personal use with direct contact to the mouthpiece. If a product is used in a way that raises hygiene or contamination concerns, we may only issue a partial refund or, in rare cases, deny the return entirely.
- Original Packaging & Accessories: Whenever possible, please return the item in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Missing components or damaged packaging may affect the refund amount.
2.5. Processing and Reimbursement Timing
We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first. Once we approve the return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, as processing times vary by payment provider.
2.6 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal for legal, hygiene, or other regulatory reasons. This may include personalized items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (once unsealed), or products explicitly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.” If such exceptions apply to your order, we will clearly inform you before you complete your purchase.
2.7 Warranty and Defective Items
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If you received a defective or damaged product, or one that does not match its description, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we may cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label, depending on the circumstances and local consumer protection laws.
2.8 Limitations on Liability
This return and refund policy does not limit any of your statutory rights. Edelflott LLC operates in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. If any part of this policy is deemed unenforceable by law, the remaining parts shall remain in effect.
